If you’re in the process of buying or selling a home in the San Antonio

always a good idea given that Texas is a hotbed for
termites and other destructive wood pests.

to proceed with the sale.

online request form.
What Is a WDIR Inspection?
In accordance with the official inspection procedures adopted by the Texas
Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Services, Family Pest Control
LLC will perform a thorough inspection to determine:
If wood destroying insects, including termites and
carpenter ants, are present
- If there is evidence of past infestation
- If there are conditions conducive to wood destroying insect infestation
such as insufficient ventilation, wood to ground contact, excessive moisture,
and wood rot
What Happens After the Inspection Has Been Completed?
Upon completion of the inspection, Family Pest Control LLC will complete
the Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report and provide documentation
to the necessary parties. If termites or other wood destroying insects
were observed during our inspection, we can develop a plan of action to
resolve the problem and provide an estimate.
