Friday I moved into a new apartment where the appearance was very deceiving, what looked like a gorgeous newly renovated apartment turned into a nightmare my first night. It was infested with roaches!!! I spotted and killed about 40 roaches before I threw in the towel and had to find somewhere else to stay for the night. Family Pest Control is an absolutely amazing company. After buying a home and moving to San Antonio in July of 2018 we discovered we had a cockroach problem. Being new to the area I called several companies I found online. Family Pest Control was the only one that could come out the next day. They came out and treated the house, 2 weeks later we still had problems they came out and treated the house for free. We haven't had any issues since. They treat our home quarterly and we don't have to make appointments in advance. They send us a notice that we need to schedule our quarterly appointment the month it's due. They are always either on time or early. Our family highly recommends Family Pest Control.

I love every darn thing about this business! I have had a heck of a year, and other pest control companies were ineffective in addition to treating me horribly. Family Pest Control is head and shoulders above the rest, without a doubt. Even before Bob found the abandoned bird nest in one of our attics, and confirmed the source of my problem, he was kind, compassionate, and patient. Prior to that, Jonathan the technician who performed our first service listened to me and concocted a spray that was as effective as a general pesticide treatment can be for the problem at hand. While that first treatment couldn’t eliminate the problem we had, it was obvious the critters were on the move and didn’t like it one bit, which was not the case with the multiple treatments done by two previous companies. Once Bob found the source of the issue, my husband and I braced ourselves for the price tag. We didn’t need to. The price was FAR less than either of us expected. Absolutely recommend this is the first company you call if you have an unwanted pest. Austin was our technician from Family Pest Control and he was honest, on time, and thorough. As new homeowners, we were understandably upset to find what looked to us like squirrel activity in our attic. We called a different pest control company and they quoted us at almost $800 to trap the squirrels. They went on the roof and showed us pictures that they believed were the entry points, they pointed out a single piece of squirrel “poop”, and even told me that if left this unattended the squirrel would chew through ducts and possibly cause a fire. $800 seemed like an awful lot so we called family pest control for a second opinion. Austin came out and after a very thorough inspection assured us we do not have pests in our attic. The misplaced insulation was from a piece of siding that had come undone. And the squirrel “poop” that the other company pointed out was a freakin coffee bean! So grateful to Family Pest Control for saving my family $800 and offering us peace of mind. If we are ever unfortunate enough to get pests they will be the first call we make.
