Our Response To COVID-19

Dear Customers,

Our customers’ and associates’ well-being is our top priority, and we continue to send our best wishes to everyone harmed during this historic global pandemic. From the first patients infected by the illness to those who’ve contracted the Coronavirus, the Family Pest Control team will remain vigilant in our commitment to cleanliness and smart precautions. We understand the world is returning to pre-pandemic social interactions and routines, but that doesn’t mean our technicians will become complacent in our promise to put your safety first. We will continue to ensure our equipment is cleaned throughout the day and encourage our employees to take the same smart and measured health precautions they exhibited during the height of the pandemic. 

At Family Pest Control, we will not let Coronavirus prevent our teams of specialists from providing essential pest control services to those in communities we serve. We will continue to provide interior and exterior pest control services. Recommended Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines will remain in place, like frequent hand washing and hand sanitizer use to prevent the spreading of Coronavirus amongst our ranks or to our customers.

As always, if you feel ill, please let our office know before your appointment, and we will reschedule your appointment. We will also continue to take the same safety measures with our employees, reminding them if they are sick to remain home using sick leave when needed. We will prevail if we all do what we can to take care of ourselves and follow CDC safety guidelines.
